Delivered On Time and Within Budget
A mixed development of eight units, 4 semi detached bungalows, 2 detached three bedroom houses, a pair of semi detached two bedroom houses and the associated external works inside the Brecon Beacons National Park conservation area.
The project was constructed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3+, Lifetime Homes and Secure by Design standards. The construction included strip foundations, ground bearing slabs, masonry walls and trussed roofs. The project specification includes photovoltaic solar power, natural slate roof coverings, locally sourced natural stone and timber windows, fascias and soffits.
P&P Builders reached the finals of the South Wales LABC Building Excellence Awards 2012 for “Best Social New Housing Development” category for this development. The development is another example where P & P Builders delivered the client's expectations, on time and within budget.
