We can offer a complete design and build solution for both public sector and private customers. We also have the ability to engage with many clients to deliver joint venture, incorporating all aspects from land purchasing right through to hand over.
We have the flexibility to deliver projects of various sizes, all completed on time and within budget. Our dedicated new build management team share a wealth of experience in building to satisfy the requirements of Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3+, Lifetime Homes and Robust Details, guaranteeing our clients a high quality product.
P&P Builders recognise that teamwork is essential to delivering a successful project and engage our clients and consultants throughout the contract to ensure the best solution is provided. Constructing a programme of works at the beginning of the construction project and following through with a series of monthly meeting is key to delivering a quality project on time and within budget.
Each new build project is managed full time by our site manager whilst also being over seen by our contracts manager and quantity surveyors. This way each aspect of the project is carefully monitored to ensure we are on schedule and within budget.
